PART 10B
Sue Ellen and JR go home and sit by the pool for awhile. JR hears Bobby’s car and tells Sue Ellen
to go inside and he’d be up in a minute. “JR just let it go.”
JR: “Sue Ellen, please do as I ask.”
Sue Ellen: “Fine. Hopefully you can both get this macho bullshit out of the way.”
JR sighs as she stalks inside.
Bobby comes around just in time to see her walk inside. “Did you piss her off already?”
JR: smiling “No, you did that. Who the hell do you
think you are trying to talk her out of marrying me? I don’t deserve to have her, or another child?” He gets in
Bobby’s face, “You know what I think? I think you’re so jealous you can’t see straight. I also think
you have a crush on Sue Ellen, but you better get over quickly, cause I’m tellin’ ya Bob, you’re really
starting to irritate me.”

Meanwhile Sue Ellen stalks upstairs and goes into John Ross’
room. “Hi Momma.”
Sue
Ellen smiles at him, “Why aren’t you asleep?” as she lies down next to him.
John Ross cuddles into her when she puts her arms around him. “I’m so happy
Momma. We’re gonna be a real family. We’re gonna have a new baby. You and Daddy don’t even fight anymore.”
Sue Ellen smiles: “John Ross, even if Daddy I have
a disagreement, it doesn’t mean we don’t love each other.”
John Ross: “I know Mommy but it’s nicer when you don’t fight.”
He whispers sleepily.
Sue Ellen hugs
him tighter; knowing she and JR would be disagreeing when he came upstairs. This Bobby thing was getting out of hand.

Bobby pushes JR away from him and JR punches Bobby in the
face. Fists start flying as Ms Ellie and Clayton come out to break it up.
Clayton grabs Bobby as Ms Ellie pushes JR away. “What has gotten into you two?”
Bobby: yelling, “He started Momma.”
JR: “Like hell. You need to learn how to mind your
own damn business. It’s not your place to tell me what I deserve and what I don’t.”
Ms Ellie: “THAT’S ENOUGH. Bobby, what has gotten
into you? IF you can’t be happy for JR and Sue Ellen, at least keep your opinions to yourself. There will be no more
fighting in this house. Do I make myself clear?”
JR & Bobby: “Yes Momma.” JR walks past Bobby without a second glance and goes upstairs.
When he doesn’t find Sue
Ellen in their room he goes into John Ross’ and finds her lying with him. He smiles at the sight before him then walks
in quietly.
JR puts a hand on
her hip “Hey, come on. Let’s go to bed.”
Sue Ellen: “I am in bed.”
JR gets pissed. “You know what? I don’t need this. Why don’t you just move in here with
John Ross?”
Sue Ellen gets
pissed and slides out of bed: “Why don’t I move out with John Ross?”
JR is stunned; “You don’t mean that?” raising his voice a little.
Sue Ellen shushes him. “Quiet. You’ll wake him
up.” JR throws Sue Ellen over his shoulder and carries her to their bedroom.
Sue Ellen yells at him: “PUT ME DOWN.” He throws her on the bed.
JR: “You want to leave? What happened to your promises
honey? You’d never let anyone come between us, you’d never leave?”
Sue Ellen is quiet for a moment and just lies back on the bed staring at the ceiling.
“I’m sorry. You make me so angry sometimes. I’m not going to leave, but this thing with Bobby has to stop.
You can’t get in a fight every time you see him.”
JR, still angry: “So that’s a reason for you to bail?” As he starts to get undressed
throwing clothes everywhere.
Sue
Ellen sits up. “I said I was sorry, didn’t I?”
JR pushes her back onto the bed and takes her shoes off. He reaches up and pulls her skirt off.

squirms underneath him. “Yes, I belong to you.”
He moves within her a few times and stops again. “And you’re never going to leave me right?”
Sue Ellen: “No, I’m never going to leave you.”
JR, satisfied with her answers,
starts his thrusting again. He rips open her blouse and kisses her all over. He sucks on her nipple through her sheer bra,
causing her to cry out.

JR whispers
to her “I love you too,” as sleep claims them both.
PART 11
Sunlight stream through the window and Sue Ellen awakens, still wrapped up tight in JR’s arms. She
tries to get up but he tightens his grip and whisper, “Where do you think you’re going?” He kisses the back
of her neck.
Sue Ellen smiles,
“We both need to get to work.”
JR lifts his head up and looks at the clock. “I think we have some time, don’t you?” He rolls
her over and pins her underneath of him. He looks at her and whispers. “I’m sorry about last night. Did I hurt
you?”
Sue Ellen touches
his cheek but doesn’t say anything about his bruises, “No you didn’t hurt me. I’m sorry too. I won’t
leave you and I’m yours forever.”
JR’s heart feels like it will burst from the emotions her words awaken in him. He kisses her passionately.
“I love you Sue Ellen.” He enters her gently and thrusts lovingly into her. “I love you so much, honey.”
Sue Ellen whispers back to him as waves of passion descend
over her again and again, “I love you too.”
JR continues making love to Sue Ellen. He latches on to her nipple, which throws them both over the edge.
They both cry out as they fall into a passionate stupor. JR rolls Sue Ellen on top of him and rubs his hand along her cheek
and through her hair. “You are so beautiful, do you know that,” as he pulls her face down and kisses her.
She looks at him and kisses his bruises gently, “I
hope Bobby looks worse,” smiling teasingly.
JR smiles back, “I’m willing to guarantee he does. Come on, I’ll scrub your back.”
They go and take a shower.
They
make their way down to breakfast and greet the family.
Breakfast is a little quiet until Sue Ellen speaks up. “Well, JR and I have decided to get married
on the 25th of September.”
Bobby
is quiet as Ellie and Clayton offer congratulations. Bobby gets up and says he has to leave for the office. Sue Ellen follows
him out and JR follows her, without her knowledge. Sue Ellen calls to him out on the
patio. “Bobby…”
Bobby stops and looks at her. “Sue Ellen, I don’t want to fight.”
Sue Ellen smiles. “Nor do I. Look Bobby, for some reason
you’re angry, but I love JR, and he loves me. He has changed….Bobby, please. I’d really like you to be at
the wedding. For me.”
Bobby
looks at her and can’t help but smile. “You don’t play fair with that smile, you know.” He hugs her.
“I’ll be there for you. But Sue Ellen, I swear the first time he hurts you…”
Sue Ellen: “Thank you. Will we see you for dinner?”
Bobby: “I’ll be home. Have a good day.”
Sue Ellen turns around and walks back into the house. Before
seeing JR standing at the door she says “I though you only listened in on business conversations.” She now stands
before him. He just looks at her with that little boy been caught look.
She smiles at him and he pulls her into him. “I love you.”
Sue Ellen kisses him, “I love you too. Now let’s
finish eating. I’m hungry. OH, you were right by the way. He does look worse.” They laugh as they go and finish
breakfast.
PART 11B (One side note about Christian. He works out so he is no wimp at all)
Sue Ellen walks into her
office. “Good morning Sarah. Is Christian in yet?”
Christian walks out of his office. “Of course I’m in, I don’t have a big, rich Texas
oilman to keep in bed for late mornings.”
Sue Ellen and Sarah laugh out loud. “Oh, poor Christian. We’ll just have to find you one.”
Christian follows Sue Ellen into her office and they sit
down and get to work. They are interrupted a short time later, by Sarah, telling Sue Ellen that Mr. Lockwood is here to see
her. Sue Ellen and Christian look at each other. Christian goes through the adjoining hidden door that connects their offices.
Christian calls JR and lets him
know what’s going on. JR says he’ll be there in 20 minutes.
Sue Ellen tells Sarah to show him in. Sue Ellen stands up and buttons her jacket. Don comes in and shuts
the door. “What can I do for you?”
Don: “For starters you can accept my apology. I’m sorry about hitting you. I was so angry…I
just lost my temper.”
Sue
Ellen: “Obviously. So you think I should forgive you for hitting me, making my son worry about his mother? Tell me what
else would you have done if Bobby and JR hadn’t come in?”
Don: “I honestly don’t know……….Why did you sleep with
him?”
Sue Ellen sits down.
“I got caught up. I’m sorry for hurting you. I really am. But I can’t honestly sit here and tell you I regret
what happened. I love JR. I always have. Neither of us should have ever gotten involved with other people because they always
end up on the losing end.”
Don:
“We can still be happy. I forgive you.”
Sue Ellen gets a little pissed off. “You forgive me? That’s funny. I don’t forgive you.
You hit me. You’re damn lucky JR didn’t kill you.”
JR stands in the doorway. “Yes, you are. However, I can rectify that situation.”
JR walks in with Christian close behind.
Sue Ellen puts her face in her hands. This situation just got out of control. With JR and Christian as his backup,
Don didn’t have a chance. Sue Ellen stood up, and JR sat in her seat and pulled Sue Ellen into her lap, resting his
hand around her waist as Christian stood at the door. “Now tell me somethin’ Don, how would handle someone hitting
your wife?”
Don: “Sue
Ellen isn’t your wife. She was going to be mine.”
JR: smiling “Key word being was. She belongs to me, she always has, and she always will. Now back
to my question.”
Don: “I’d
have killed them.”
JR: “Exactly.
Honey, why don’t you go out and sit with Sarah for a minute.”
Sue Ellen gets up. “JR I think this has gone far enough.”
JR doesn’t even look at her. “No it hasn’t.”
Sue Ellen knows it’s a losing battle. JR was like a
mad man when it came to protecting her and John Ross. She walked past Christian and whispered, “Don’t let them
mess up my office.”
Christian
smiles at her statement and the fact that he’s going to get to see JR Ewing in action.
JR leans back and puts his boots up on the desk. Christian’s eyes get wide. Lord
those are some big cowboy boots. JR continues to stare at Don without saying anything. Don starts to get a little nervous.
JR grins evilly. “You will not see Sue Ellen again,
ever. If you’re tapped to direct a movie that this studio produces, you will deal with Christian. I want you out of
Texas. I don’t care where you go. Hell you can go
back to London.” He puts his feet down and stands up.
He puts his hat on and starts to walk to the door. Don stands up and there faces are inches apart. “If you ever touch
Sue Ellen again, I’ll kill ya. Are we clear?”
Don: “Yeah, we’re clear.”
JR laughs. “Good, good….Oh one more thing..” JR turns around and plants a fist in Don’s
face knocking him flat. He bends down next to Don. “You’re damn lucky Sue Ellen is fine with no lasting effects
from you hitting her, otherwise I’d put you six feet under.” He takes Don’s handkerchief and wipes his Don’s
blood off his hand and throws it onto his chest. “Well I gotta go back to work. I’m glad we had this little chat.
Have a safe trip.” JR stands up and walks past
Christian. “Go ahead and get him outta here Christian. Oh, and thanks for calling me. JR Ewing never
forgets a friend.” He claps Christian’s back and walks out. Sue Ellen walks with him to the elevator.
He pulls her on with him and hits the stop button. “All
right, now is a good time to yell at me, since no one can hear us.” He stares ahead at the doors, which are mirrored.
He catches Sue Ellen’s eyes in the mirror and immediately hardens at the look in her eyes.
Sue Ellen unbuttons her jacket slowly and takes it off. She can’t believe she
isn’t angry with him, but he is so damn sexy when he plays macho. She wanted him more right this moment than she has
ever wanted him before.
JR watches
Sue Ellen in the mirror mesmerized as she pulls her blouse out of her skirt and unbuttons it, revealing a blue lace bra, matching
her blue business suit. She slips the shirt off and JR finally turns around.
Sue Ellen walks up to him and slips his jacket off of him. She slowly undoes his tie
and unbuttons his shirt. “You’re not going to yell at me?”
Sue Ellen smiling, “No darling, I’m going to yell because of you.”
She kisses him passionately and he responds in kind.

into her eyes. She just hugs him close for a moment and they get dressed. She starts the elevator up again and goes down with
JR. She kisses him goodbye as the doors open. Don is standing behind a column and watches them.
She straightens JR’s tie and he kisses her goodbye
as his hands roam over her backside. “I love you, Sue Ellen.”
Sue Ellen smiles as he walks through the doors. “I love you too. I’ll see
you at home.”
Don watches
JR leave. “Soon, I’ll have back what you took from me.”
Sue Ellen goes back upstairs and the doors open to a grinning Christian. “Oh,
the elevators must be working now. I’m glad you didn’t get stuck on them.”
Sue Ellen laughs at Christian and they walk into her office. He follows her and shuts
the door. “I swear, your man is damn fun to watch when he is pissed off.”
Sue Ellen smiles thinking about the elevator, “Oh yes, I know. He is yummy, isn’t
he?”
Christian: “He
must be since you spent over 30 minutes with him in the elevator, sweets. Oh yeah, your shirt is buttoned wrong, you might
want to fix that. Funny it looked fine this morning.”
Laughing as he walks through his door. They both go back to work.
JR gets in his car and calls his PI to do a little digging on Don Lockwood. Smiling
as he hangs up, thinking about Sue Ellen and the elevator.
PART 12
Sue Ellen is in her office cleaning her desk off so she can leave. JR is picking her up to show her the
church where they are getting married, when there is a knock on her door. “Come in.”
Sue Ellen looks up and sees Wilson Cryder standing in her
doorway. “Can I help you with something Mr. Cryder?”
Wilson: “Forgive me for not making an appointment, but I took a chance you may be free
this evening.”
Sue Ellen:
“I’m actually getting ready to go, so whatever it is will have to wait until you do make an appointment.”
She gets up and Wilson notices her long legs.
He stares longingly for a moment. “Forgive me, but
this won’t take long and is very important.”
Sue Ellen sits back down in her chair and leans back, crossing her legs. “Fine, you have 10 minutes.”
Wilson sits. “I think you can save your fiancé a lot of time
and heartache.”
Sue Ellen
looks disinterested. “Oh?” JR comes off the elevator and hears Cryder’s voice. Christian saddles up next
to him and JR whispers to be quiet.
Wilson: “May I call you Sue Ellen?”
Sue Ellen: “No.”
An irritated look crosses his face for a moment but he regains his composure, “Mrs. Ewing, we both know
how your soon to be husband feels about getting Ewing Oil Back from West Star and we know how he feels about me and Jeremy
Wendell. I think it would save him a lot of embarrassment if you convince him to back off. We would back off as well and let
him continue to do business as JRE Oil.”
JR is pissed. He whispers, “I’m going to kill him.”
Sue Ellen looks at him for a moment. “So, you want me to convince JR to not go
after you, Wendell, and West Star?”
Cryder: “Yes.”
Sue Ellen stands up and walks to the side of her desk and leans against it, as Cryder appreciates the view. “First
let me tell you something. West Star doesn’t own Ewing Oil they own Ewing Oil property. JR is Ewing Oil, Mr. Cryder.”
Sue Ellen laughs. “JR must have you scared to death for you to come to me. I’ll tell you what I will do. I’ll
help JR in anyway I can to bring you and West Star down. I have nothing against Jeremy other than his choice of friends. But
you, I don’t like.”
Cryder
stands up enraged. “Well, obviously you have no sense just like your soon to be husband. I promise you Mrs. Ewing if
you get involved in this fight, you’ll be sorry.”
Sue Ellen looks up at him smugly. “Did you just threaten me? Mr. Cryder let me make you promise.
You don’t know me. You think JR is tough? I learned from the best and believe me I have connections even JR doesn’t
know about. You’d better start sending résumés out, because by the end of the year, you’ll be looking for a new
job. I’m sure we could always hire you as a janitor. “
JR and Christian are trying not to laugh out loud.
Cryder starts to walk out. “You’re making a big mistake Mrs. Ewing.”
Sue Ellen: “Oh I doubt
that. Have a nice evening, Wilson.”
Cryder: “Are you sure you want in on this fight? You
have your children to think about as well.”
Sue Ellen stares at him for a moment. “Mr. Cryder, I don’t care if you threaten me, or JR,
but I can promise you, if something happens to John Ross, you’ll be dead by the end of that day. Do you understand me?”
Cryder starts to say something but decides not to. He had
no doubt that Sue Ellen Ewing would kill him if he ever harmed her son. He would never harm a child, but threats were easy
to make. Most people scared easily, but Sue Ellen, well she was in a class all by herself.
Cryder walks out and runs into JR. He looks into JR’s eyes, which are consumed
with hatred. “I told you not to make it personal, didn’t I? But you had to come here and bother my wife. And you
threatened her and our son. I hope your life insurance is paid up, boy.”
Wilson backs away from him without saying anything and gets on
the elevator. They watch him until the doors close. They both turn around and gaze into Sue Ellen’s stare. “Are
you teaching Christian your bad habit of eavesdropping?”
JR and Christian look at each other and laugh, as does Sue Ellen.
JR pulls Sue Ellen into his arms and kisses her. “You are incredible. I’m
glad I wasn’t on the receiving end of that.”
Sue Ellen: “Yes, well you have been before, so just make sure you watch your step. Christian, you
know who to call don’t you? I want to know everything there is to know about Wilson Cryder.”
Christian smiles: “Yes. You know, you two are formidable
individually, but together you two are damn frightening.” He walks into his office. “Oh and if you’re going
to go at, can you keep it down, these walls aren’t sound proof.” Christian laughs as he closes his door.
JR and Sue Ellen laugh out loud.
JR grabs Sue Ellen’s hand. “You ready honey?”
Sue Ellen: “Oh yes. More than ready.”
They leave and arrive at the church a short time later.
Sue Ellen is speechless.

gets out of the car and JR rushes to join her. “It’s perfect. How did you find it?”
JR: “It was the first church I looked at and I just
knew. I’m glad you feel the same way.”
Sue Ellen hugs him and they go in to look at the church and talk to the preacher.
PART 13
The next day Sue Ellen goes into the office early. She calls her business manger and instructs him to but
up as many shares of West Star stock as he can, under the dummy corporation she asks him to setup. After discussing things
further, she set about reading the file Christian had laid on her desk. Extreme details into Wilson Cryder’s life. Sue
Ellen finds out about his vehicular manslaughter and drunk-driving charge 20 years ago that someone paid dearly to have erased
from the books, and a few other things. She calls JR.
JR: “JR Ewing”
Sue Ellen: “Hi.”
JR: “Hi sugar. Do you miss me already?”
Sue Ellen laughed out loud. “Oh, get over yourself Ewing. I’ve
come across some interesting information that I bet even your little detectives couldn’t find out about Wilson Cryder.”
JR: “Now, honey. I seriously doubt that.”
Sue Ellen: “Really? Did you know he was arrested and
convicted of vehicular manslaughter?” JR is silent. “Yep, that’s what I thought. You can bow down to me
later. What time should I expect you so we can finish going over the file?”
JR: “Honey, I’ll do a lot more than bowing. How in the hell did you find
that information?”
Sue Ellen:
“JR I can’t reveal all my secrets. I’ll see you for lunch, then?”
JR: “I’ll be there by 12. I love you.”
Sue Ellen: “I know. As well you should.” JR laughs
out loud. “Love you too”
Sue
Ellen walks into Christian’s office. “Hey handsome. Thanks for getting that file so quickly.”
Christian: “You’re welcome. Alexander says hello
by the way. He said if you need anything let him know. And Deacon says you need to come and visit him. He said to bring JR
and John Ross. He’d like to meet them.”
Sue Ellen: “We may do just that. You love all this crap don’t you?”
Christian: “Hell yes. JR is damn fun to watch, and
don’t even get me started on you. I’m glad you like me.”
Sue Ellen drops a kiss on top of his head, “Darling, I adore you. Be careful
ok? I’m not worried about Wilson Cryder so much as I am Don, especially since you helped JR.”
Christian smiles. “I’ll be careful. Make sure
you are too. Maybe you should have a guard for awhile?”
Sue Ellen starts walking into her office. “JR is a bad influence on you. I’ll think about it.”
A short time later JR waltzes into Sue Ellen’s office.
“Do you ever knock?”
JR
puts his hat on the rack and smiles at her. “No, I don’t have to, the owner loves me.” He walks over and
pulls her chair away from her desk and turns it around to face him. He leans down and captures her lips in a passionate kiss.
“Hi beautiful.”
Sue
Ellen smiles against his kiss. “Hey yourself.” Her hands go around his neck and he lifts her out of the chair
and hugs her tight.
Christian
comes in at that moment. “Oh lord. Do you two ever quit? You need a do not disturb sign when your big, rich oil man
is here to visit.”
JR and
Sue Ellen smile. “I have to run over to the new set to check on some things, so here’s the file and I shouldn’t
be long.” She starts to move away from JR.
“How long, exactly?” JR won’t let go of her.
“45 minutes top. You can use this time to think of ways to tell me what an incredible,
sexy, smart woman I am.” She kisses him goodbye and heads off to the set. JR and Christian go over the file.
When Sue Ellen still isn’t back 90 minutes later, JR
gets a little worried.
Christian
calls over to the set and finds out she never made it over. JR immediately feels sick to his stomach. When JR’s cell
phone rings, he and Christian stare at it for a moment. “JR Ewing”
Don: “Hello JR, I told you I’d get back everything
you took from me.
JR: “You
sonofabitch. I swear I’m gonna kill you.”
Don: “Now, now. I’m just taking back what was mine. Sue Ellen and I will be starting a new
life together soon. I’ll take good care of her.” With that he hangs up the phone and looks over at a knocked out
Sue Ellen in the front seat of the car.
PART 14 - Just a little teaser.
JR throws the phone across the room. “I’m going to rip his fucking heart
through his chest.”
JR informs
Christian of what happened. “I’m calling Alex.” JR calls his security people and then he calls South Fork.
Bobby answers. “Bobby, Lockwood took Sue Ellen.”

Meanwhile in Christian’s office.

A: “I have associates in the area. They’ll start
looking. We were on our way to NY, we’re turning around. The family will be there in two hours. Tell me everything you
know.”
Christian does just
that.
About 90 minutes later,
Bobby is in the office with JR who is pacing and muttering. Christian comes in with the family. “JR Ewing, my father
Alexander Thanos.”
JR shakes
his hand “Thanos? As in the Greek mob family Thanos?”
A: “I prefer import/export, but yes. Sue Ellen is like a daughter to me, MR Ewing. My resources are
much more extensive. Let me help.”
JR: “I’ll take all the help I can get. I feel helpless right now.” He continues pacing.
JR is pacing when he stops suddenly. He pushes the speaker
button whispering as he dials. “Please let them be in her car. Please let him be dumb enough to take her car.”
JR calls the Ewing’s private security company and asks them for a location on Sue Ellen’s
car. “Sir we have that location for you. It’s on Interstate 20, heading west.
“Thank you.” He looks at everyone. “They’re in her car, which
is headed out of Dallas on I20.” Bobby, Christian and
Deacon take off together, with Deacon calling in the troops.
Alex: “My helicopter is on the roof.”
JR grabs his hat. “Let’s go get my wife back.”
They take off in the helicopter.
Don brings Sue Ellen to a small cabin in the woods in Loiusianna, just inside of Shreveport. He lays her on the bed. “Tomorrow we’ll go into
New Orleans and get married, then we can start over.”
He gently brushes his hands over her face.
On the helicopter JR gets a call from the security telling him the exact coordinates of where the car is now that
it’s stop. JR relays the info and Alex relays it to the cars. They continue on their way to Sue Ellen.

CHAPTER 14 B
JR stares out the window, trying to calm down.
A: “Mr Ewing..”
JR: “Please call me JR.”
A: “JR, we will get Sue Ellen back. I don’t think Lockwood will hurt her.”
JR: “Alex, I’ve already underestimated him once.
I won’t do it again. I don’t know what he’ll do to her.”
Alex is quiet. “You love her very much, don’t you?”
JR looks at him. “Sue Ellen is my life. I love her
more than anyone else I have ever known in my lifetime. I would kill for you and I would die for her. I won’t be able
to live without her.”
Alex
sees the look in JR’s eyes and knows instantly how much JR means what he says. “Good. I’m glad Sue Ellen
has you in her life. Try not to worry too much. She’ll be safe in your arms soon enough.”
He goes back to staring out the window,
thinking of Sue Ellen.
They continue their journey.
Don is sitting beside Sue Ellen when she wakes up. “Hello sweetheart. How are you feeling? I’m
sure you’re a little lightheaded from the ether, but that shall pass. Are you hungry?”
Sue Ellen rubs her head, “Don, what are you doing?”
D: “I’m rescuing you, of course. We’ll
get married tomorrow and then we can get John Ross and live wherever we want to.”
Sue Ellen keeps her mouth shut because Don has obviously gone crazy.
A short time later the helicopter lands in a clearing about
50 miles from the cabin. Alex and JR jump in the car and race towards Sue Ellen. In the car Alex hands JR a glock. “Here,
you may need this.”
JR takes
it but looks at him seriously. “Thanks but I won’t need it. I’m going to snap his neck when I get my hands
on him.”
Don lies down to
sleep and Sue Ellen sneaks out the door. Don wakes up and grabs her outside. He throws her onto the hood of the car, yelling
at her.
They get to the cabin,
drifting up to it so as not to make a lot of noise. JR throws up a quick prayer. He hears Sue Ellen’s screams and rushes
ahead of everyone, with Christian not far behind. JR tackles Don and starts beating him senseless. You can almost hear his
bones crunch under JR’s fists and his kicks to Don’s ribs. JR reaches down and looks at him before Don falls into
unconsciousness. “I told you didn’t I? You will never hurt her again, because I’m gonna kill you.”
With that he puts his hands around
Don’s neck, but Christian stops him. JR looks up angrily. “There are more important things than him, don’t
you think?” Christian nods towards
Sue Ellen who is being helped up by Alex.
JR immediately lets Don go and stands up.
Alex lets go of Sue Ellen as JR calls her name.
JR and Sue Ellen stare at each other for a moment and he closes the gap between them quickly. Sue Ellen
throws her arms around him. JR holds onto Sue Ellen tightly.
Sue Ellen: “I’m sorry.”
JR pulls back and looks at her. “No I’m sorry. I’ll never let anyone hurt you again.”
He hugs her close again and kisses her
hair.
“I love you honey. More than I’ll ever be able to tell you.”
Sue Ellen: “I love you too.” JR kisses her gently.
JR: “Are you ok? Did he hurt you?” He holds her
at arms length, looking her over.
Sue
Ellen smiles at JR. “Sweetheart, I’m fine. Well except for the bruises on my face. I’m sure that’s
attractive.”
JR looks at
her; “You are the most beautiful woman on this planet, even with your bruises.” He kisses her bruised cheek and
her cut lip. “I love you, god I was so scared. I can’t live without you.” He pulls her close to him again.
Sue Ellen looks at Alex. “Hi Alex. You flew all the
way to Dallas for me?”
Alex: “Darling, I’d fly to the moon and back if you needed me. Come here.”
Alex hugs Sue Ellen in a fatherly way.
Christian comes over to hug her next. “I swear you’re going to make me old before my time.”
Sue Ellen: "Yeah, well you won’t be bored.”
Deacon comes over and looks at her for a moment. “Young
lady, we’d prefer not to have to worry about you getting kidnapped again. I think you should marry this man as soon
as possible, so we know your safe.”
Sue Ellen laughs and steps into his hug. “I plan on doing just that.” She reaches for JR and he gladly
puts his arms back around her. “Did you meet Alex and Deacon?”
JR: “I met Alex” He sticks his hand out to Deacon. “JR Ewing”
Deacon shakes his hand. “Deacon Thanos, I’m Alex’s
brother.”
JR speaks to Alex
and Deacon. “Thank you both for your help. I don’t know…” He gets a little chocked up at the thought
of losing Sue Ellen.
Alex clasps
his shoulder. “You’re family now. Anything you need, we’ll be there. You just take care of Sue Ellen.”
JR: “I hope you’ll come to the wedding.”
Alex: “We’d love to.” He looks towards
Don. “JR why don’t you take the limo back to Dallas,
we’ll clean up here.”
JR
smiles gratefully and a silent look of knowing passes between them. Don won’t be a problem ever again. “Come on
sugar, let’s go home.”
JR
and SE get in the limo and start to pull off.
Alex turns to Deacon. “Christian, will you drive Sue Ellen’s car back please?”
C: “Yes, father.” He drives off.
A: “Let’s get him inside.” Don is brought
inside the cabin as Alex and Deacon look on. “Lockwood, wake up.” Don wakes up and is tied to a chair. “Mr.
Lockwood. You do realize you’ve made a mistake that cannot go unpunished?” Don just looks at him. “Sue Ellen
holds a very special place with us. You hurt her. That cannot go without retribution.” Alex nods at the men behind Don.
One takes his gun out and aims it at Don’s head. “Goodbye Mr. Lockwood.” Alex and Deacon walk out as a gunshot
rings out. As they all drive away, the cabin goes up in flames.
CHAPTER 15
JR pulls Sue Ellen into his lap on the ride home. He holds her close without speaking for a moment. He
tells the driver to drop them off at Dallas Memorial.
Sue Ellen: “JR, I really just want to go home.”
JR: “Sue Ellen, we are going to the hospital and a doctor is going to examine
you. It’s not up for discussion.”
Sue Ellen gets irritated. “Don’t talk to me like I’m a child.”
JR looks contrite. “Honey, please. I just need to know
you’re ok. Please Sue Ellen?” He looks into her eyes. “I could have lost you today. I couldn’t take
that Sue Ellen. I can’t live without you.”
He hugs her close as her arms go around him. “I love you JR. Yes, I’ll go to the hospital,
but I’m not staying overnight. Deal?”
JR laughs at her. “You drive a hard bargain, woman. But it’s a deal.”
They arrive at the hospital and are immediately surrounded
by reporters. “Christ.” JR picks Sue Ellen up as a reporter causes her to stumble. Christian and Bobby show up
and clear the way for JR to carry Sue Ellen into the hospital.
Sue Ellen goes into the exam room. The boys sit down to wait. JR turns to Bobby, “Thanks.”
Bobby: “JR, I’m sorry I’ve been such an
ass. I was worried about Sue Ellen, but I can see now how much you love her.”
JR looks at him. “It’s ok Bob. I’m glad you’re here. And Christian,
I don’t know what Sue Ellen or I would do without you. Thanks.”
C: “You’re welcome. Sue Ellen’s always been like a sister to me.
JR smiles at him.
A short time
later, the doctor comes out to talk with JR. “She’s fine. She’s going to be a little sore for a few days.
The baby is fine, as well. Everything looks great. Call me if there is anything you need. She’s in exam room 2.”
JR: “Thanks Doc. Thanks a lot.” JR walks into
the exam room and watches Sue Ellen getting dressed. “You ready sugar?”
Sue Ellen: “God, yes. I just want to go home. Are the reporters still out front?”
JR: “Yes, that’s why were going out a side entrance.”
He walks over to her and wraps his arms around her from behind. “I love you.” He places a hand on her on her stomach.
They are both quiet for a few minutes.
Sue Ellen breaks the moment. “Come on, stud take me home.”
JR laughs at her as they walk out the door.
Bobby & Christian follow them home to South Fork without any problems. The reporters
are camped out front of the gates. “Damn.”

JR: “Yeah. Well since we are rich, I can have these
vultures thrown off my ranch.”

get home and Sue Ellen goes straight upstairs. Ms Ellie & Clayton have taken the boys to Galveston to avoid all the press, and so John Ross doesn’t have to know about all of

JR walks upstairs a short
time later and Sue Ellen is asleep. He lies down next to her, facing her. He stares at her for a moment. He brushes a strand

Sue Ellen walks past him as Cryder watches her walk, thinking

that stock. Now I have to start over, I may never get West Star.”
Sue Ellen walks over to his desk. “I was going to save this as a wedding present
for you, but I think now is the perfect time to give it to you.” She hands him the stock papers.
JR looks at them and his face lights up like a kid on Christmas
morning. “You own the stock?”
Sue Ellen: smiling, “No darling, you do. I bought it for you.”
JR looks at her and back at the paper. He stands up and pulls her into his arms. He
lifts her up and spins her around. “Wooohhhh. Hot damn, I love you honey. You are the most amazing woman God ever put

stock? That’s even more than I wanted to buy.”

like him. I’ve learned that I can’t change anyone’s opinion of JR, but that won’t interfere with my
relationship with you. We’ll just have lunch or dinner without him.”
Mac smiles at her lovingly. “True enough. So, I hear that JR isn’t going
to get his wish at the West Star meeting. I hope that doesn’t ruin your happiness.”
Sue Ellen smiles, “It won’t. Besides you know
you shouldn’t believe everything you hear.”
Mac: “Do you know something I don’t?”
Sue Ellen: cryptically, “All in good time Mac. All in good time.” They
visit until Christian comes back and Mac leaves, telling her he’ll see later.

Sue Ellen is on her way to meet JR so they can go to the meeting together. She walks in the office and
JR is on the phone. He turns around to hang the phone up and drops it when he sees her “You were not wearing that this
morning.”

something like this, plus it’s a special occasion. I figure it will really piss Cryder off when I walk in with the stock

Cryder laughs again. “Fine. All those opposed to JR Ewing’s takeover, raise your hands.”
Carter, who owns 10% raises his hand. Jeremy, who owns 15% raises his hand. Wilson, who owns 15%, raises his hand. “Looks
like you lose.”
JR grins. “Not
so fast, boy. There’s still a matter of 25%, which none of you own.”
Carter: “Nor do you.”
JR: “True, true. But I know who does own it.”
JR goes to sit in the president’s chair, smiling his ass off.
Cryder: “Who?”
Sue Ellen walks through the door, looking like a nice tall glass of water on a hot
day. “I do Wilson. All those in favor of a take over
of West Star…” She raises her hand, as does JR. “Well, I guess you lose.” JR laughs out loud as she
walks over to where he is sitting and sits on the table next to him and crosses her legs. He eyes the skirt inching up her

Sue Ellen continues. “If you’ll open the folder
you’ll find a more than fair amount for you shares and a nice settlement for your services. I’m sure you’ll
agree to the sale unless you want the information in that folder to become public. You and I both know if it does, you’re

Cryder opens
the folder and reads the information and is horrified. Sue Ellen smiles again, “Oh you can keep that copy. I have more.”
Cryder stands up. “You’ll regret this. Both of
you.” Cryder slams the door on his way out.
Jeremy stands up. “Well, congratulations JR. Sue Ellen, I’d say I’m surprised but I learned
a long time ago to never underestimate either of you. Well done.” He comes over to hug her. “Call me if you need
any help with the transition.” He stops at the door and eyes her up and down. “Nice suit.” He leaves.
Mac is still sitting. Sue Ellen comes over and touches his
shoulder. “Mac, this wasn’t about you. I hope you know that.”
He starts to laugh, “You are one hell of a woman, and I’m really glad you
like me.” He stands up and hugs her. “JR, you better treat her right this time, or I swear I’ll find a way
to make you regret it for the rest of your life.”
JR looks at him for a moment. “Mac, I promise you, I will be the husband she deserves. I’ll

is JR’s best man, and Sarah is Sue Ellen’s maid of honor. Alex and Deacon, and a small entourage, arrived for
the wedding a day early and are staying at South Fork.
Sue Ellen decides to go for a walk before getting ready. She walks out on the patio and runs into Alex.

Alex
hugs her. “Okay, but if it ever isn’t, the family will be here for you.” They continue their walk for a
while and she goes to get ready.
Sarah
helps Sue Ellen get ready, as does Ms Ellie. Christian comes in and asks to speak to Sue Ellen alone.
Christian paces. Sue Ellen looks at him for a moment. “Christian,
for God sake what is wrong with you?”
Christian stops, “Nothing. I just wanted to tell you I love you. You’re the sister I never had. If
you hadn’t of found me that day, I’d probably be dead right now. But you gave me a chance and you gave me someone
to love and someone who loved me, unconditionally. If it weren’t for you, I never would have reconciled with my family.
I just had to make sure you knew that.”
Tears immediately fill her eyes as she reaches for him. “Christian, I love you.” He holds onto her
tightly for a few minutes until Alex and Clayton knock on the door. Alex’s heart swells with pride and love at seeing

Christian and Clayton excuse themselves. The boys all ride to the church along with

They walk out the to the doors as the march begins to play.
Sarah walks down and then JR catches site of Sue Ellen at the door. JR’s breath catches in his throat. Christian whispers

gives her to JR.
The ceremony
begins and Sue Ellen is surprised when JR begins to speak his own vows. “I’ve never been a man of many words or
public emotions, but this seemed like the perfect place and time to tell you, in front of family and friends, that I love
you Sue Ellen. You are my heart and soul. We’ve got another chance at the happiness we should have had together and
I promise to never do anything to jeopardize it. I’m a better man because you love me Sue Ellen. I promise to love you
for eternity. Our family is all I’ll ever need in my life to keep me happy.” JR wipes her tears away with his
thumb.
“How am I going to
top that?” Everyone laughs. “It’s never been a secret that I’ve loved you. But I can honestly say
my love for you is deeper at this moment that it has ever been. You and I have both changed, for the better, and this time
it’s forever. I promise to always be there for you and our children. To always put you first. I love you and our children
and our family will always be the only thing I will truly need in my life.” Sue Ellen is quite surprised to see a tear
slide down JR’s cheek and she wipes it away, as he smiles at her.
The preacher finishes the ceremony and tells JR to kiss his wife. “Finally.”
He kisses her passionately as everyone claps for them. They walk outside, to a beautiful sunny day with John Ross following
behind them. They all meet up at South Fork for the celebration.
